What about some of the great records Neil Young put out? After the Gold Rush, Harvfest, Everybody Knows this is Nowhere? An oversight, perhaps?

I have to agree with Mark (as much as it hurts), but, "End of the Century" does deserve more credit that it gets.

If I was gonna put a U2 record on there, it would be Achtung Baby. ATYCLB kinda fizzled out for me, but I can still listen to AB straight through even to this day.

Steven Tyler? Gimme a break, he's a low budget Jagger clone. Aersomith had their day-I'll take the Stones last album over anything Aerosmith has done lately. And what's up with Pink Floyd? Gilmour is a great guitarist, but that stuff is a cure for insomnia!!! And how about a vote for the most underrated Houserocker album of all time...End of the Century.

Good Job Jimmy, Its about time someone put a American Band on here . Aerosmith Get your Wings is up there in my top 3. That early Aerosmith was great!!! That album blows the Stone's Exile on Main Street away. Shake your hips , you gotta be kidding me. What a low budget copy !!!!!

From a guitarist only perspective: Steely Dan-The Royal Scam. Classic Larry Carlton solos Layla. Derek and the Dominos. Clapton at his best along with Duane. Rockin' the Filmore. Humble Pie. An 18 y/o Peter Frampton on fire! Led Zeppelin 1,2,3,4, etc. Led Zep started as a garage band super group but by Zoso they had the swagger of a band that conquered the world. Are You Expereienced. Jimi Hendrix Which could be in the top 5 Disrelli Gears. Cream Who's Next. The Who The first two Cactus records Road Work. Edgar and Johnny Winter Live with Rick Derringer.

Top 5 Albums today 5.Bruce "Born To Run" This makes it for me on the strength of "ThunderRoad" one of the greatist songs and performances of all time. 4.Phil Spector "A Christmas Gift For You" This album redefined the concept of Christmas music. Darlene Loves vocals are otherworldly. 3. The Electric Flag "An American Music Band" You just have to here this one. 4. The Stones "Introducing the Rolling Stones" A primer on how white guys should do Black music. A must for every one who wants to play guitar in a rock'nroll band. 1. The Beatles "Revolver" Rock'n'Rolls big bang at the height of their creative power.

Top Five Albums: 1. Steve Earle-"I Feel Alright", Hard Core Troubodour-is there a better rebel pop song? 2. Bruce Springsteen-"Born in the USA", I know it his been overplayed but there was a reason why teeny boppers were coming to see him play in stadiums. 3. Paul Westerberg-"14 songs", the best of all his solo stuff, Keith Richards was a huge fan of "Knocking on Mine". 4. U2-"All That You Can Leave Behind", it was great to see them rock out again after a couple of synth pop albums, Beautiful Day is one of the best songs of all time. 5. Joe Gruschecky-"American Babylon", from top to bottom not one filler song on the whole album. Joe and Bruce singing on Chain Smoking together was breathtaking. I remember the first time he did that song, it was a bar out in Uniontown. The Harrison brothers made the long hour and a half trip. Honorable Mention-Tom Petty, "Full Moon Fever", fond memories of drinking to this album during my senior year. Zombie Zoo-what a classic!
