How there hasn't been a vote to impeach this guy is unbelievable? He has this great country in such massive debt because of this sham of a war he has us involved in. Think of all the great improvements that could have been made in this country (think New Orleans)with all the money that was spent on funding the Bush family's little affair over in Iraq. Add to that that it is very likely that our children will be facing a military draft when they turn 18, and it is hard not to be concerned about the future of our country and our youth. Bush is a criminal of the highest proportions....He should be put on trial just like his buddy Saddam...to me, they are birds of a feather, there is no difference between the two.

Bush's war has done nothing but fuel Global Jihad. However, I pray he doesn't resign, leaving Cheney Prez!
God forbid!

I give Clinton credit. At least he had a balanced budget. The current deficit "W" has created is so astonomical! Our grandchildren will have to sell their souls to the Chinese to pay it off. The Bush Administration is a complete and utter failure. This country's worse President ever...bar none. The war alone will cost taxpayers $500 BILLION!! (Yes, Billion with a "B")
The American people need to wake up.

yes, Clinton was the best republican president that we have had for quite a while. He and NAFTA sent most of our jobs to mexico, and the rest went to china. he set it up for the current Facists for all of the crap that's going on. Can we get Nader back on the ballot?

What a great time at CarHop's Saturday! Thank you Joe (and the rest of the band) for a great show! What Did You Do In the War (complete with Day Tripper intro) was a pleasant surprise! Great rendition of Some Kind Of Wonderful and of course, One Chance had everybody dancing and singing along! On our way home (after stopping at Tom's Diner just up the street) we actually considered hopping on a plane to Vegas for the weekend. Unforrtunately, we were just there two months ago (great timing, right?) and other commitments for this week make it impossible to attend. But for a few minutes there, we really thought about it! (Sorry MattyB!) My buddy, Al who now resides in Northern AZ, about 2 hours from Vegas is going to try to represent us at least one night. But once again, Thank you, thank you, Thank you Joe for a great night (and for signing the poster which once framed, will hang proudly in our gameroom very soon! Have a good time in Vegas, but get out alive! See ya!

Yeah, don't forget Bill Clinton. The guy was one helluva President. Fond memories of his Presidency make it even harder to digest the incompetent performance of the bumbling boob currently in office.

Don't forget Bill Clinton and Dick Cheney...

That lyric now refers to president bush instead of Quayle

Carhops sounded like fun! "What did you do in the War?" is such a great tune. I love the lyric when Joe singles out Dan Quayle. It's great to know "One Chance" is making it's way back into the set lists. Ah..life is good!

There's nothing wrong with patriotism. We all agree the war is wrong...the soldiers are doing their duty. So as Americans we support them. Right or wrong and whether we believe or not, it's still America and united we stand.
Homestead IS about the strong backs of men that made this city. I think it's one of Joe's strongest songs. But, we like what we like. There's no right or wrong here.
This weekend was interesting. Friday began as what appeared to be a nightmare. I told Joe I felt like a prostitute. Appaently Joe donated a block of time to WYEP for them to auction off to raise money. A couple from Cranberry donated to have Joe play for an hour in their living room for what turned out to be 70-80 of their closest neighbors and friends. They were the most enthusiastic and receptive audience that Joe and I have played for. I commented that "this is he best bar we've played in." Lots of fun, margaritas and cold Mexican beer. If I wouldn't have had to pick my daughter Emily up, I would have stayed all night.
Saturday at Carhop's was another geat night. Joe celebrated a birthday. The band played One Chance is All You Get for the first time in a long time and a rockin' version of What Did You Do In The War Daddy?
Joe, Rick, Joffo and Art...have fun in Vegas my brothers. See you in Toronto!!
