Acoustic nights are a thing of joy and beauty (except for crowd noise) and Wednesday night was exceptional! Thanks Joe, for all you give to us. To everyone else - don't miss the next one!!!

Heeeeeeeeeere's Joey!
To anyone who missed Joe's audition to replace Leno when he retires here's the scoop.
Of course you have to start with the music. It was great. I enjoyed watching the other songwriters jump in on songs and figure stuff out and that was great.
Carol Lee looked like the happiest person there. I enjoyed watching her enjoy the show when it wasn't her turn.
Now to the story part, it was just as much fun as the singing. Joe proved to be the consumate host and was quite funny. The story about calling off sick while recording with Bruce was cool. He also coaxed great stories out of the guests.
I would have enjoyed another 2 or 3 hours at least.
This was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. I hope this does become monthly.

Calling any folks who were after me on that Joe solo in Milan tree (remember that one? waaaay back when?) The original tree distribution skipped over me, but I now have replacement discs; if you were skipped over as well, e-mail me off list and I can send you the tree copies of the show. Hey Everyone. I just wanted to let everyone know that Joe has, graciously, given me permission to film the upcoming show at the Hard Rock on May the 14th. I'd like to get some fan interviews for the DVD. So if you want to be on the DVD come on out. It will be a great time and hopefully an equally as great DVD!!
See ya there, ScrewDevil
