Keith,
You know around the time of “Joey G and The Brick Alley Band”, Joe and Billy wrote (and I think recorded) a song called Danger Zone. Maybe it will turn up on the MP3 page.

Here's a funny (and quite complimentary) excerpt from Billy Price's latest e-mail newsletter:
----- "On Wednesday, June 1, Billy Price Band keyboard player John "Junkman" Burgh and I will be joining series host Joe Grushecky and other Pittsburgh songwriters at the Hard Rock Cafe for "Songwriters in the Round," an evening of songs and an open discussion about songwriting. (It is said that catcher Tim McCarver once visited Hall of Fame pitcher Bob Gibson on the mound during a tense moment, and Gibson sent him back behind the plate by saying, "the only thing you know about pitching is that you can't hit it." I expect Joe Grushecky to say something like this to me on June 1.)" -----
And to continue the baseball metaphor, that inspired a little Hot Stove League thinking of my own: These are the two giants of Pittsburgh music over the past 30 years -- wouldn't it be awesome if they were to do an album together? They've got a common love and encyclopedic knowledge of deep blues and R&B.; And, from a commercial standpoint, a Billy Price--Joe Grushecky album would likely garner plenty of interest from rock writers (and blues festival promoters ...)
Hey, don't shoot me -- I'm just continuing to live out my (admittedly pathetic) fantasy of some day being a rock band manager. ;-)

From the PG website....
On tap for those who show up Saturday at PNC Park -- a free rock concert, free parking, free Pirates tickets and other giveaways. Oh, and one simulated terrorist attack, also free of charge.
Billed as potentially the largest such emergency response drill in the country and expected to cost $750,000, the real-time event underwritten by the federal Homeland Security Department will test the preparedness of upward of 600 federal, state and local emergency responders from Allegheny and 12 neighboring counties.
About 1,000 volunteers have already signed up to take part in the exercise, but organizers are hoping to entice about 14,000 to attend by giving each person two free Pirates tickets to an upcoming game, a PNC Park replica, a free Red Cross first-aid kit and the free concert by the Pittsburgh All-Stars, featuring Donnie Iris, Joe Grushecky and B.E. Taylor.
The gates will open at 11 a.m. and the concert is slated to begin at noon. Vendors will sell food at reduced prices.
Participants can sign up as general volunteers. Spots for volunteers willing to be "disaster victims," and given cards describing specific injuries, with some having makeup applied for added realism, were filled as of yesterday afternoon.
Go to the website to volunteer.

Keith's list would work for me definitely although this guy from Ohio ALWAYS wants to hear Blood On the Bricks--it's a friggin' staple and makes the drive home always a little easier.

not to change the subject from a dream song list for the DVD Shoot party, but for bit torrent downloaders the "Live at the Bijou" show is on dimeadozen (the old easytree)- see web page address. It is the same 8/26/80 WMMR broadcast that was previously offered on the bootleg page.

Since "ONE CHANCE" will probably never be on a CD because it's a better song LIVE and with audience participation, "ONE CHANCE" is my dream song to be on a LIVE DVD!!!
