The reply might be which one "you" haven't heard before because with the years of gigs by Joe--who knows. Anyways, I'd go with 96 Tears---could hear Lil' Joe starting that baby out.

OK..pick a cover. What cover song would you love to hear Joe and the Houserockers do? It has to be one they've never done before. My pick would be "Subterranean Homesick Blues" by Bob Dylan. Anyone else have an idea?

Was in Harrah's Lake Tahoe and enjoyed your music. The stage was seen as soon as one enters the casino and was next to some tables where some sexy girls in barely there outfits were dealing at the tables.

Not sure if this is a stupid question or not but how do the Houserockers perform unplugged? What does that mean?

Was I in Nevada?
Oh right. A few notes on the shows at Harahs. Saturday night's show was packed lots of young women with older men, young women with young men and young women with other young women. And they were there to dance and holler and cheer and party.
It was, eh, ok. Well it was fun with lots of good scenery. Joe and the band stuck to kicking their Ass and representing Pittsburgh music.
The stage they played in was in the casino, right next to some tables called the pleasure pit which had, well, young girls scantily clad dealing.
It was something to see. The crowd really was into it. Maria Maria even danced to Mustang Sally. The Pittsburgh crew was lubricated by a fabulous bartender whose name was Edgey (that was on his tag).
It seemed like every girl there was on stage when they brought the house down with Twist and Shout.
You would have never known half of the bands instruments were lost on the flight.
Sunday brought out some ultra rarities in Easy Money (without the unique instrument played at the Fingerprints cd release party), Rainy Day in Pittsburgh which featured a 2 women doing the cha cha, and Dirty Water.
Sunday also featured an extended Jeff Garrison bass solo to work off the 28 Red Bulls he had consumed. The crowd went nuts.
All in all and amazing trip. The California/Nevada border area is something to see. I can see why people go there often.
Bill K showed us all around in fine style. We also got to meet the most interesting characters. It was very memorable.
The state of Nevada should lower taxes after all of the money we left there.
If you ever do go to Tahoe, avoid Jimmie the bartender.
Now what to do about my lingering jet lag.

Greensburg Community Days-Lynch Field Friday, May 27
Dance With Me Crazy World Pumping Iron Everything's Gonna Work Out Right (w/Johnny) Long Way To Go Strange Days Lucky Man....(Just the intro unfortunately)
As Keith Richards likes to say, when you play outdoors, the extra band member-God-joins the group, and he gave us a bit of nasty weather. "Bravely battling the elements to deliver the rock and roll truth to the good residents of Greensburg (that's my Jon Facenda voice from the old NFL films)Joe and the boys performed admirably, 50/50 tickets notwithstanding." Unfortunately, the plug was pulled for good right after Lucky Man started. All was not lost...my son got to tell his Mom that he "met Daddy's friend, the rock star Bill Toms!" I couldn't agree more Al.

It would be great if Joe would play Live 8. He'll be in Europe then but that may be a better fit. Bruce is supposedly one of the organizers so go for it.
Spain, Germany, or France would be great.
