To the last two posts--please go hijack someone else's site , like you care about the Houserockers, now on to business. Are there any Houserockers fans making the trip to Jersey this week? I'm going and want to encourage anybody who is on the fence--please go and support the band and also Hard Rain at the Pony on Friday night. The boys never disappoint in the Land of Bruce and i'm sure this will be no different. As usual, i always would love to hear Bricks, hope there's some way a Ohio traveler can get his wish. :thumbup: It's hard to get it any better than the Shore, rock and roll, and the world's greatest bar band.

Very cool about WYEP playing Lake Pontchartrain. Does WBJB 90.5 The Night (Middletown/Lincroft NJ) have it? I really like "No one Can Take The Place of You" from the Outtakes and Demos CD set.

Looks like the GA 'seats' are sold out for Nov 6 at Starland Ballroom but VIP's and GA's are still available. From lightofday.org: The Sunday show will be performed in a “Writers In The Raw” format, with two stages of talent separated by local and national artists. John Eddie, Jeffrey Gaines, Joe Grushecky, Jesse Malin and Pete Yorn will grace the national stage, while Dawne Allynne, Joe D’Urso, Pat Guadagano and Rob Dye will round it out for the locals.

Lake Pontchartrain was premiered on WYEP today! Terry called me squealing at lunch time that it was playing on her car radio!!! :laugh: BTW - the video is awesome! Very emotional and moving.
