Several points. - It's funny I was thinking about Goodbye Steeltown when Joe and Donnie were singing together last week. I was hoping to hear it but too busy basking in the glow of my autographed Devils and Dust to mention it before. - Joe has mentioned before that he never met the woman on the front of LST. - re: Bruce playing The Wall, Doesn't it seem like at the end of every tour he pulls out the co-writes with Joe. This is at least the third tour in the row he's done this. go back to 2000, with the premieres of COS and ATL - then at Shea in 03, and finally The Wall and Idiots Delight coming out now. I'm sure it's not intentional but it's a trend. - Looking forward to the Moondogs gig. It's been a long time since they've been there. - Great work by Art to put together that benefit. I could have stayed there for another 3 hours listening to those guys.

Radio Ears was put out as a 45 by Green Dolphin Records in 1984. It was written by Joe Grushecky and Hermie Granati. Produced by Herman Granati and Art Nardini. Side Two of the 45 was Goodbye Steel Town. Both classics that should be played live! - Keith

I've always like the song "Radio Ears". Wasn't this recorded with Donnie Iris, and is it available anywhere?

I have a 7" LST promo disc, given to me for my birthday by my buddy John. I treasure it!

Actually the lp picture disc is completely different from the actual Love's So Tuff MCA record . It was pressed for a sales convention that we played with Ian Hunter and Meatloaf tn Akron. That lp has songs that were mixed in London and doesn't have final guitars and vocals on it plus it has a version of Blondy that is completely dif from the HAGT version

It's great to hear other people's stories about some of their HouseRocker collectibles.

Speaking of picture discs, I've a couple copies of the 7" single LST, as well as of the 12" LST given away as promos by MCA. The 12" seems to be pretty rare, and contains a cut not found on the actual LST release. The cut shows up on the Rhino 'Best of' CD-the cover of "School Days". One of the 7" LST picture discs that I have was the one autographed by members of ICH at that time (Eddie Britt wrote 'Where am I?', referring to the band photo from LST that had Gary Scalese in the photo. It was taken before Eddie Britt joined the band). It was sold at an auction held at The Decade back in about 1982, though I can't remember what it was to raise money for. I bought it off of Dom Disilvio, owner of The Decade after the auction as I was living in Florida at the time (and still do). Hey, if anyone has Norm Nardini's sneakers that were sold at that auction, let me know!
