A few random notes.I think Zeke should be forgiven on afterthought as he does not drink at shows anymore therefore his 8 beers to get in neutral is longer applicable. I too like Joe's new demo effort and i know for a fact there's more of that lurking so let's hope for some more morsels. Mark is right about Pa. being home of the Houserockers also so no debate needed. It's just that Ohio has sent you Big Ben and you owe us big time--you may start by buying us drinks in the future. I think the whole Billy specualation is important but the true fans who love the music will support he HR's with or without the Reverend Billy Toms. Hard Rain will also be supported so the fans still can get their doses of rock and roll no matter what the future holds. I too doubt Art is pregnant as his legendary heterosexuality is quite known in western Pa. circles. Of course, we still have never gotten the full scoop on Bernie Herr's "Love Flat" from the Harrisburg days. If those walls could talk--ya know? All kidding aside though, if you are "concerned" that Billy is leaving, then get out and support the band at the December gigs--these guys really have earned that kind of respect. I wish i lived closer so i could do that very thing.

Zeke, sorry to cause you so much grief! Regarding all the rumors, According to L&RnR;, even if Joe were to LEAVE HIS OWN BAND (now that's just silly!), we'd still be left with Hard Rain, unless Bill leaves first. Then we'd have Art doing 2 sets of "Louie, Louie" complete with extended harp, drum and organ solos by the rest of the guys (unless they leave, too!). New CD is lots of fun to listen to, Joe should add "Let The Boy Rock" to the setlist!

Thought you all might get a kick out of this story. On the way home from church this past Sunday, my family and I we were jamming to the new "Outtakes & Demos" CD. When "Angels" came on, my 7-year old daughter asked me if Joe Grushecky was catholic. I said I didn't really know. My 6-year old son immediately replied "It doesn't matter what religion Joe Grushecky is, he is still my main man!" Out of the mouths of babes!
