STOP THE PRESSES Last night at John Eddie show, John was joined by Joe for 2 songs to finish out his first set. Joe played guitar and traded verses on "All Over Now" and "Let it Bleed." After a hearty welcome, the SRO crowd went nuts for this ispired pairing. You never know what you'll see when you go see a show.

Ice Magazine online has Joe's "Outtakes and Demos" cd listed for release on Feb. 7th. Too bad nobody recorded the great electric solo version of "The Same Thing" that Joe did at Cefalo's on Dec. 1. It was the best live song I've heard in a long time. Go Steelers.

Frankie, you got it all wrong. We're not in Iraq because of the oil. "W" said it was because Saddam was behind 9/11.No wait, he didn't have anything to do with that. Well then "W" said it was because he was building up an arsenal of WMD's. Well I guess that wasn't it either. I remember now, "W" said it's to create a Democratic government there to stabilize the middle east, yeah that's it. Isn't it? Nevermind Frankie, sorry to question you. It's ALL about the oil !!! On a lighter note, I also concur with your last comment, GO STEELERS!!! (All "YINS" in the 'Burgh would be SHOCKED to find out just how many Steeler fans reside in the Cleveland area (and most of them are NOT transplanted Pittsburghers, like us) It's amazing how many people you see wearing the black & gold in Brownstown!!!

I just got my copy of SI in the mail, and it was nice to see Joe mentioned as representative of Pittsburgh. However, you guys gott read Rick Reilly's article in the back. In it, he explains why Seattle sucks at sports and why they will lose in the Super Bowl. It's downright hysterical and had me in stitches. Reilly: "Your average Seahawks fan drives a Prius. Your average Steelers fan drives a Ford Excursion, which has Priuses in its tire treads."
