That's very interesting about the release dates. The Bruce thing was quite cool. I didn't think Maria's bed was a train wreck as reported.
Joe was introduced as the Ghost of Pittsburgh. Not sure what that meant. Southside kind of stole the show or hogged the spotlight, depending on how you look at it.
Joe sang back up sharing a mike with his frequent concert mate Soozie. He also particpated in a conga line like thing that happened too. It was actually funny after the song ended, Southside after finding his dropped harmonica stayed on stage when everyone but the tuba player left. Bruce came out to get him off the stage but he instead played a duet with Bruce before finally leaving.
Not as exciting or as much for Joe to do as an e-street show, but a big surprise and pretty cool.
Anyone going to Washington? I always get lost when I leave the city.
Seems like there was a lot of posting while I was moving. It'll take me forever to catch up.

It's Oct because if your product isn't delivered by August most stores will not stock or chances for airplay are nil for everybody but the stars because of the holidays. Also I may be wrong on some of the later times of year.

Interesting to hear Joe sing, "Let's rock the house like we used to do." on a song without the House-rockers.

While tailgating in the parking lot Sunday night before the last Bruce show of the season a group of people next to us were jamming to Grushecky...Talking to the King, Down the Road, Pumping Iron and Code of Silence. It's always good to hear the Houserockers rocking the New Jersey parking lots.
