Dance With Me
Homestead
Long Way To Go
Fingerprints (dedicated to Allison and all of the Grushecky relatives and two guys who had never been in a skatepark before from Ohio)
Talking To The King
Dark And Bloody Ground

--seen quite a few Joe G. performances but the novelty factor on this venue was immense

--kids were respectful for the most part although Joe shook up a little hoodlum that was banging his skateboard during Homestead...i think he might need a new pair of Fruit Of The Looms at this point since he felt the wrath of Joe G's temporary anger

--Joe was very animated in between songs..many great anecdotes. He offered to give away a free cd to anyone who knew what year Elvis died

--Trust me, many of you can talk about the bar in the woods near McKeesport which didn't have a road to get to and there was four feet of snow and you had to walk uphill to get there but you've NEVER seen Joe play a place like this--it was wild to say the least. Suspended from a second floor while kids zoomed down below on ramps galore

--Joe commented that they played a crackhouse in Philly and that they cancelled the show due to safety reasons..guess you might say HAVE A GOOD TIME BUT GET OUT ALIVE

--He really won the youngsters over with Dark And Bloody Ground as many were clapping along approvingly..was cool to see

--Joe comically told the crowd this was the best skatepark that he ever played at...at least we got the joke

--next stop is in Dearborn, Michigan tomorrow

Thanks Jimmie. 6:00 will work great for us. Mrs. G don't think it's unique to Joe. They had the time wrong for the Bon Jovi/Nickelback thing at Heinz field last weekend. I missed 75% of Nickelback when I thought I'd be 45 minutes early.

It's astounding to me how club owners, promoters et al think so little about this. Fans are the reason these shows exist and without them they would be out of work.

Also as bad is when they get the start time wrong. I've showed up at clubs to find the start time is significantly later than advertised (the Hard Rock is infamous for this). For those of us getting babysitter this becomes a bid deal.

We had to leave a Ryan Adams show last year for this very reason. Maybe for people like Johnny's fans this isn't a big deal, but for more mature people time is valuable.

Thanks I just wanted to get that off my chest.

Congrats on seeing this tour to you guys. I know how much I enjoy much smallers things with my boys so this must be a thrill.

Zeke - Last year The Knobs started at 4 pm (try not to miss this band...rock n roll's best kept secret). Joe and the boys went on about 6ish, and played until 9pm. I would make a guess this would be the same schedule this year.

Rebel Music tour fans. Just wanted to let everyone that has come out to support this show Thank You from the bottom of our hearts. Some of the clubs tend to change times at the last minute and don't think about the fans who travel and plan around schedules. This tour means so much to Joe & I as parents because it is part of the life cycle that Joe writes about in his songs. To be able to experience watching your son on his
first national tour is a song to be written.
Thank you Mike V and all the fans! MEMORIES ARE MADE OF THESE

I feel your pain. This has happened to me several times too. that's the worst feeling driving home.

Speaking of times, what time is the Biddle gig? I've heard so much about how great last year's was. Hopefully not too early as I'm working.
