Heard Code of Silence around 11:30, sounded unbelievable! Can't wait to get my Cd. Saw you down at Market Square . Your music gets better with age. Even with hundreds of people there you could still hear a pin drop as you sang each song. I didn't want my lunch hour to end. Thanks Joe for all the music that you've shared with us, Pgh love ya! Rock on

I wsa playing AB myself the other day. One song that stuck in my head that day was Homestead. I've heard it a thousand times but for some reason I was really getting into it on this particular day. It's just an amazing song. One of Joe's best I think.

Anyone check out the Party Tonight video? Just curious what people thought of it.

I've always been a fan of "American babylon". So many great tunes on it.
Especially my fav..."Never be enough Time"...Also, "What did you do in the War" was another great track that never got recognition it deserved.

AB is indeed a great record Jimmy. The tour surrounding that was killer as well, and I'm not just talking about the Bruce dates either. I remember seeing the band at a bar up in Buffalo, NY after AB was released. The place was packed, it was a cold winter night. Three songs into the set, who should walk in? None other than Western PA's own Jim Kelly, and he brought along Thurman Thomas and Alex Van Pelt to boot. They stayed for the whole show. The band was ON that night (as they were for most of that year); I remember some stellar, LOUD guitar playing.

We finally got our copy of "A Good Life" this weekend and we can't stop playing it! The songs definitely lived up to the "hype". It's hard to pick a favorite song because they're all so good. Whether it's the raw power of "Code Of Silence" and "Searching For My Soul", the uptempo melody of "Is She The One", "Party Tonight" and the title track, or the beautiful, touching lyrics of "Beauty Fades" or "Father And Son", there's something to enjoy about each and every song. Tacking on the great song "Lake Ponchartrain" at the end is the proverbial icing on the cake. The musicianship and the production are absolutely top-notch. This may just be Joe's finest hour (and there have been many pretty damn fine hours before)! We can't wait to hear these songs done live. It remains to be seen if this could be "the one" that gets the mass recognition that is so much deserved, but rest assured Joe, that it certainly did not dissapoint these longtime fans of your music. Congratulations and thanks, Joe for another excellent piece of work. It really does just keep getting better and better!
