Just wanted to give you all an update on the documentary. The two year+ journey is slowly, but surely, approaching completion. Our plan is to have a completed version of the film completed on Monday. (that is if we don't kill each other during the process!) Not going to give a specific release date just yet but it looks as if we may just hit our goal of releasing it in the month of October. There will be a premiere for the film in Pittsburgh so stay tuned for the details about that.

I think that the film is a very good representation of Joe's life and career and good video document of the ICHRs through to the current band line up. We have uncovered some VERY special live performances that we didn't even know existed dating back to the pre "Love So Tough" era. Wait till you see this stuff!

Stay tuned for more details!

See ya at Carnegie on the 8th!

Looking forward to Friday's show at South Park. Will there be an opening act?
Was there for the Southside Johnny show, and Joe's guest appearance was great!

Hi Folks! Be sure to check out the Pittsburgh Post Gazette website for the feature entitled "Book Recommendations From Prominent Pittsburghers"!

Joe is featured (way to go Joe!) and his recommended book is "East of Eden" by John Steinbeck.

There is an audio link where you can hear Joe talking about why the book is so important! Awesome insight as always!

Anyway. . .check it out! Congratulations, Joe.

Anybody want to recommend a book here?

Thanks Jannie for the great time at dinner! Your the greatest. As for Vegas, I can't put into words how much fun it was. Everyone who came near and far to see Joe & the guys we thank you sooooo much. We will try and get the pictures (400 or more to go thru) on the web real soon. Big D (Don Marindino) your hospitality was above and beyond! We love ya! It was a big party for 6 days. Aly's 50th, Johnny's 19, Stephanie's 21, and our anniversary. We met alot of people from the burg on vacation and gained new fans. Hope to see everyone in Sin City again real soon. I think we need to keep all those brides to be off the stage! (HaHa) Tooooo Funny

What? You can blame G.B. for a whole lot of stuff but you can't pin Mustang Sally on him. Can you? Really? Damn.
Anyway, a regular Vegas gig might be in the works. I've been invited to do a demo at the Fuchs Audio Booth at the 2008 NAMM Show in L.A. in January. Hopefully we can book Vegas for the same time. That way, I could drive to L.A. one day, do a demo, and then go back for the Vegas show. How cool would that be?

The South Park Ampitheater concert is Aug 31 with Johnny's great new band opening. I can't wait. This will be one of our only area shows this summer so it should be a good one. Maybe we can show off our new 'country chops' to the locals. I told Joe that maybe we should grow some side burns, retire and move to Vegas.

By the way. In the dressing room at Toby keiths is a powder blue tux jacket with a silver rhinestone collar. I came THIS close to wearing it for the last set. $20 if Joe wears it next time we're there...anyone else in?

A couple of months?

You guys are coming back in a couple months!!!?

AWESOME! I really like the AC/DC addition and think a Bon Jovi song could slide right in there....

Looking forward to another night out!

You all know how much I hate cover songs. Especially Brown Eyed Girl and Mustang Sally. But, I have to admit, that I had a ball playing Buck Owens and AC/DC. Seeing the people respond to Sweet Caroline the way do...wow. what's with all this? Again though, I had fun playing the covers and I hope that some of these find a permanent place in the set.
